7 types of ambiguity/vestuario en foto fija
Digital photographs of a collection. New York 2007

concreto): laugh, leave, lift, light, lost, love and lust (risa,
partida, ascencion, luz, perdida, amor y deseo).

My work is related to space, bridging fashion design and architecture.
I build spaces for people to wear, then I recreate environments to give the clothes a referential context and a time frame.
For this project I worked together with model/actress Jen Jaffe to
bring out her emotional landscapes and to create the garments she would wear in those situations: laugh, leave, lift, light, lost, love and lust,
This series, inspired by Antonioni's movies and Cindy Sherman's film stills aim to represent emotional landscapes and their materialization.
A model/actress stars in a fictional movie-frame where the clothes
complete the landscape becoming formal part of them.
